Peter W. Vlaar
Throughout his career, Peter has had the privilege of helping people and businesses work through some of the toughest moments in their workplace journeys. What he has learned along the way is that good counsel is about more than just legal answers - it is about coming alongside to listen, guide, and work together to accomplish each client’s unique needs.
That belief has inspired him to launch his own practice where he can bring together his varied experience in labour and employment, workplace investigations, risk management and conflict resolution, and offer employers and employees principled support.
While based in the Waterloo Region, In Good Counsel is a fully remote law firm that is available to serve clients across Ontario.
